I really love the media....especially when rumours such as these have been floating around for years. Plus, the new album from Counting Crows has now been pushed back to a release date of January.....believe what you want on these two.

Concert Review- Will Hoge, The Handlebar

Sometimes a venue and an artist just seem to click. Will came out with the look of a young Dylan like he does, with a great dose of old and new tunes. A much more mellow show than I've seen him do before....considering the addition of horns and a violin, but that's said not to criticize. His new album drops this Tuesday...should be a good addition to anyone's collection.

Book Review

"Just Walk Across the Room" by Bill Hybels
This one was a challenge to read considering I had never read anything about evangelism. It's about getting out of your comfort zone, letting the Lord open up doors before you, and having the wisdom to speak about Him. A good confidence builder with plenty of scripture.

Phillies NL East Champs!!!

What an amazing season....from J.Ro quoted as saying "We're the team to beat".... to F.Garcia getting one win and done for the season....to having a 40 plus ace on the mound originally from Pennsylvania...to opening day pitcher Myer's going to the pen and closing the final game... to Mutley's broken arm...to Pat Burrell (again)....this is just typical Phillies baseball...only this time on the winning end! I was able to see the last inning and to hear Harry Kalas call it like only he can.

Yeah, right now I wish I was at home.
